Tabor House Outpatient Programme
Tabor House now offer a 10 week outpatient programme for anyone who feels they need treatment but may not be able to access fulltime residential treatment.
How the programme works
Clients will attend 3 days per week at Tabor House. Each day runs from 9.15am -12.45pm, Monday –Wednesday for female group. Wed-Fri for male group with male group on Wednesday afternoon from 1.45pm-5.15pm. Thursday and Friday groups start at 9.15am-12.45pm. Clients will participate in group therapy sessions, 1:1 counselling sessions and family conferences, all facilitated by our specialist addiction counselling team.
The programme consists of the following
- Clinical assessment
- Individual treatment planning
- Group therapy
- Lectures
- Relapse prevention
- 1:1 counselling sessions
- Family conferences
Are you
- Alcohol, drug, gambling free.
- Willing and ready to work towards change in a safe and structured environment.
- Prepared to commit to 3 days per week for 10 weeks.
- Prepared to use the supports needed to maintain long term recovery.
